The 4G/LTE bands can only be utilised for data unless both the smartphone and the local network support VoLTE. You will need to check your smartphone to confirm it has VoLTE functionality.  

Your Cel-Fi GO is approved by Telstra if installed correctly. Only qualified resellers who have undertaken product training on the required precautions should install the Cel-Fi GO. Misuse of this equipment could result in injury and equipment damage.
